Special Notices:
Mission trip applications and 2nd payments are due February 29th. Please get this stuff in on time!
We have a trip planned to Challenger Park on February 4th. Please try to attend if you can, as we have already reserved some of our activities for this event.

Upcoming Events:
Wednesday, February 1st- Wednesday Night Live- Junior high meets from 6-7:10 PM and continues the study "The Flight of Faith" using the film LEGEND OF THE GUARDIANS. Then both groups worship together from 7:10-7:20 PM. Finally, senior high meets from 7:20-8:35 PM and will begin the new study on The Book of Revelation, co-written and led by Collin Thomet.
Saturday, February 4th- Challenger Center Trip- We meet at St. Thomas at 10 AM. Then we will caravan down to the Challenger Center at Brazos Bend. We will eat lunch and explore the park for a while. Then, at 3 PM we will gather at the Challenger center to take part in a shuttle simulation. Afterwards we will eat dinner and hopefully get to do some star gazing at the George Observatory. The plan is to be back at St. Thomas by 10 PM. ADULTS, WE NEED DRIVERS AND CHAPERONES FOR THIS EVENT.
Sunday, February 5th- Sunday School- Both groups meet together from 9:15-10:15 AM in the youth room, to continue our curriculum: A YEAR DEDICATED TO THE SPIRIT. We will continue our final study of the series, "Images of Creation in AVATAR".

Friday, February 10th- Junior High EYC "Late Lunch"- We are tentatively planning to meet at IHOP at 1:00 PM for those who have early release from school. We will chill out until about 2 PM and then head home. PARENTS, THIS EVENT IS TENTATIVE, IT MAY BE CANCELLED DEPENDING ON WHO CAN COME, OR WE MAY CHANGE LOCATION. LOOK FOR UPDATES.
Saturday, February 11th- DATE NIGHT- We will meet from 5-10 PM to watch children so adults can have a night to do whatever they want. This is a fundraiser for our 2012 mission trips. If you are going on a mission trip, we strongly suggest you attend. If you are being scholarshipped, you must attend.
Sunday, February 12th- Sunday School- Both groups meet together from 9:15-10:15 AM in the youth room, to continue our curriculum: A YEAR DEDICATED TO THE SPIRIT. We will continue our final study of the series, "Images of Creation in AVATAR".
